About.Ashfords Interiors is a family business run by Martin and Donna Ashford.
Martin is an Advanced Craft Carpenter Joiner who served his Apprenticeship, specialising in period properties and listed buildings with the renown builder, Joseph Colman and Sons. In 1984, Martin decided to specialise in the Fitted Furniture Business working for many of the big names and branching out on his own in 1997 as a Bespoke Installation Service (Somerset Furniture Installations) later re-branding as Ashfords Interiors Ltd. Martin is a perfectionist whose standards and attention to detail go above and beyond most peoples expectations. The majority of our work is from recommendation by previous clients due to the skill that Martin has used in completing work for them. . Donna has many years experience providing materials to the Construction and Engineering Industry. It was here that she gained experience in building design and construction. She decided to join Martin in 2000 when the business needed a full time Office Administrator. Her role has evolved to encompass Designer and as well as the Administration side of the business and she sees the job through from start to finish, often being found on site gaining further knowledge, so she has a true understanding of the practicalities of design from both the customers and the tradesman's perspective. Donna prides herself on listening to the clients needs and working together with them to achieve the Kitchen or Bedroom design of their dreams. She has an honest approach and tries to work within peoples budgets to achieve the best option for the individual client. |
Established in 1997 Originally established in 1997 as Somerset Furniture Installations, the company has evolved and In 2010 the company was re-branded and became Ashfords Interiors Ltd. This was to reflect the full service that Ashfords Interiors are now able to provide. The company now provides a service supplying a full range of Fitted Kitchens and Appliances, Fitted Bedroom and Home Study Furniture as well as general refurbishment services such as internal decorating.

Our GoalOur goal is to provide our clients with a service that is second to none. We will spend as long as it takes discussing the options and fine tuning the idea's to suit our clients needs, working within the budget constraints to achieve the best possible design.

A note from a satisfied customerWe have had the pleasure of working with Donna and Martin at Ashfords Interiors twice now and both times they have been exceptional. Choosing a kitchen is difficult and involves lots of decisions, they helped through every step and what we appreciated most was their patience as we went through this process and changed our minds every five minutes. Martin and their son are excellent fitters and Martin only wants and will only accept the best, everything he does is perfect and he wouldn't have it any other way.
